Workshop Coordinator in Gällivare

Are you skilled at planning and coordinating ongoing operations in a workshop? Together with the workshop manager, mechanics, and external customers, you will ensure the daily operations of the workshop in Gällivare.

Responsibilities

• Customer service, receiving and planning repair and service work
• Coordinate internal and external work
• Lead daily operations
• Open and follow up work orders
• Conduct purchases related to the business in consultation with the manager
• Ensure documented quality control before machine delivery
• Actively contribute to improvement and quality work

Who are you?

We believe you are structured with good planning skills. A strong service focus is, of course, a success factor as you will collaborate with both external customers and internal colleagues. Furthermore, it is a plus if you have a strong interest in machinery and experience from the industry.
